Lauren works with founders, boards, executives, and operating teams when growth, risk, or strategic change has exceeded the structure carrying it.
Her operating experience spans regulated financial programs, healthcare and compliance environments, family-owned private businesses, nonprofit and advocacy organizations, SaaS, and founder-led companies under operational pressure.
She began in New York’s apparel and swimwear sector, inside a family-owned business spanning design, global merchandising, production, and distribution. By 25, she was running a $100M+ premium-finance program for ultra-high-net-worth clients, working across legal, liquidity, and capital structures.
Lauren later led compliance, people operations, and operating strategy across firms responsible for more than $1B in cumulative assets. Her advisory work has included SaaS companies, public-health organizations, athlete-owned enterprises, professional-services firms, and global nonprofits.
Today, she develops organizational diagnostics and works with founders, boards, executives, and operating teams to identify the structure underneath stalled execution, repeated breakdowns, and consequential decisions.
