When the condition requires a direct read.
Some organizational problems cannot be read accurately through a score, form, or isolated operating symptom.
The Rapid Executive Diagnostic is a structured diagnostic event with Lauren Carter. It examines the condition in context, separates the visible problem from the mechanism producing it, and determines what kind of work the evidence supports.
This route fits when
- the same problem has survived more than one attempted fix;
- a consequential decision is stalled because the organization cannot produce one account of what is happening;
- authority, ownership, and consequence no longer line up;
- the organization is approaching a restructuring, succession, capital event, or strategic reset;
- the cost of another inaccurate intervention is material.
What happens
- 1. You submit the current condition and the decision attached to it.
- 2. Lauren reviews the signal and determines whether the diagnostic is the right next step.
- 3. If the route fits, you receive the current scope, terms, and scheduling path.
The intake is a qualification step. Submission does not guarantee an engagement or a call.
